The high quality equipment supplied by OxygenCare will only remain in an optimum operational condition if it is well maintained and cared for. Once the warranty period has lapsed, we are in a position to offer a service and maintenance contract for the equipment supplied. These contracts can be tailored to suit particular customer requirements.

All of our engineers are manufacturer-trained to the highest standard and are competent in dealing with all technical aspects of the equipment. We believe premium service support is the most important aspect of OxygenCare’s customer service offering. Our Technical Service Engineering Personnel are located throughout the country and in the vicinity of regional hospitals, allowing them to be on site quickly when support is required. 

This human resource is further enhanced with specialist test equipment and state-of-the-art in-house workshops. We pride ourselves on our reputation for dealing with any call-outs quickly, efficiently and friendly.

If a piece of equipment has to be returned to our workshops, every effort possible is made to minimise “down-time”.  Our workshops are well equipped and organised to ensure efficient operation.
