This award sponsored by the BEAI (Biomedical / Clinical Engineering Association of Ireland), is testament to our hard-working Product Support Department who consist of a customer-centric team of clinical engineers who are highly trained by the medical device equipment manufacturers and are focused on minimising downtime for our customers.
We strive to resolve technical issues as quickly and efficiently as possible so our customers can deliver patient-centred care. We are truly honoured that our support is recognised and appreciated. Our Product Support team very much values the customer relationships nurtured over the years, many of which now span decades. We are also grateful for the crucial support of our trusted supplier partnerships.
